In the second quarter of 2010 sales volume of residnetial purchase and sale transactions in the city centre of Tallinn increased by 65% compared to the same period of the previous year, and the number of transactions - by 62%. (...) In the city center the number of modern apartments for sale constructed by the time of real estate boom exceeds the number of older apartments for sale in the suburbs.
