Mr. Morris has worked in the Baltic and Central European region since 1992 and became Director of Ober-Haus Real Estate Agency in 1995. He has worked for several years in each country in the region, and has extensive knowledge of the real estate markets in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.

Agnieszka Górkiewicz
Country Manager of Poland Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors
Agnieszka Górkiewicz gained the real estate experience during studies when she worked in Melbourne branch of Australian developer Mirvac. She joined Ober-Haus in  2001 as the Marketing Manager for Poland. After one year she became the head of marketing department and her role changed again from Marketing Director to Country Manager for Poland in 2005.

Tarmo Kase
Country Manager of Estonia Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors  
Mr.Kase worked as a company manager or sales manager since 1995 for companies such as Olympic Entertainment Group, Eesti Pagar (Estonian Bakeries), Fazer Estonia and Jungent. Mr. Kase comes to Ober-Haus from his job as Chief Operating Officer for Olympic Entertainment Group, running operations with 2,500 employees in eight countries, including Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine and Belarus.

Aija Āboliņa
Country Manager of Latvia Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors 
Aija Abolina started to work for Ober-Haus in 2001 as the Office Manager in the Ober-Haus Old Riga Office. She has been working in the real estate industry since 1995. In 2006 she has been promoted to the Country Deputy Manager. Right now she performs as the Country Manager for Ober-Haus in Latvia.

Vytas Zabilius
Country Manager of Lithuania Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors
Mr. Zabilius has been an active real estate broker and advisor in the Lithuanian market since 1994. He joined Ober-Haus as Country Manager for Lithuania in 1998, and has since helped make Ober-Haus Real Estate Agency the largest real estate agency in Lithuania.
