Mr. Kase worked as a company manager or sales manager since 1995 for companies such as Olympic Entertainment Group, Eesti Pagar (Estonian Bakeries), Fazer Estonia and Jungent. Mr. Kase comes to Ober-Haus from his job as Chief Operating Officer for Olympic Entertainment Group, running operations with 2,500 employees in eight countries, including Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine and Belarus.

Aija Abolina

Aija Klauža has been working in the real estate industry from 1995. She joined Ober-Haus in 2001 as Riga Office Manager. In 2006 Aija Klauža has been promoted to the Deputy Country Manager position and since November 2007 she performs as Country Manager for Latvia.
